Bids & RFPs
From time to time, the City of Mendota Heights solicits offers from the public when it has a need for certain materials and/or services. Information on Bids or Request for Proposals are shown below. If you have questions, please contact the Engineering Department at 651-452-1850.
Bids
The City will use the competitive bidding process in compliance with the Uniform Municipal Contracting Law for certain contracts estimated to cost over $50,000 per the City of Mendota Heights Purchasing Policy.
Request for Proposals (RFP)
Professional service agreements are contracted for services provided by individuals or organizations that have special licenses, technical skills, training or expertise. When a professional service agreement is needed, the Engineering Department will issue an RFP, review proposals, and recommended a selection to the Mayor and City Council for approval.
