Rehabilitation of Apache Court, Apache Lane, Apache Street, Aztec Lane, Cheyenne Lane, Creek Avenue, Decorah Lane, Fox Place, Havenview Court, Hokah Avenue, Keokuk Lane, Mohican Court, Mohican Lane, Nashua Lane, Navajo Lane, Ocala Court, Ocala Lane, Pagel Road, Pontiac Place, Pueblo Drive, Pueblo Lane, and Friendly Hills Park. Roadways north of, and including, Decorah Lane are slated for construction in the summer of 2025 and roadways south of Decorah Lane are slated for construction in the summer of 2026.

The project design includes plans to rehabilitate the pavement through Full Depth Reclamation (FDR). This approach is informed by additional geotechnical evaluations, long term replacement plans of the existing water main infrastructure by Saint Paul Regional Water Services, and aims to optimize the roadway’s lifespan. Supporting information including the additional geotechnical evaluation report and alternative cost estimates for various pavement rehabilitation approaches can be found below in the City Council memo and PowerPoint shared at the November 19, 2024 City Council meeting.
