Project summary
Pavement rehabilitation and select curb and gutter replacement of Arbor Court, Bridgeview Court, Mendota Heights Circle, Monet Court, Monet Lane, Pondhaven Circle, Pondhaven Lane, Westview Circle, and Westview Terrace. Utility improvements include select replacement to the storm sewer network for drainage improvements.

Construction activity within the project area was completed in the fall of 2024. Residents may see crews on site doing minor punchlist items this spring and summer such as addressing any remaining irrigation repairs or turf establishment that did not take.

An Assessment Hearing was held at the City Council meeting on Tuesday, October 15th, 2024, at City Hall. Notifications were mailed to properties included on the proposed Assessment Roll.
