Parks and Recreation Scholarship Program

The City of Mendota Heights believes everyone should have the chance to join recreation programs, regardless of financial situation. That’s why we offer the Parks and Recreation Scholarship Program—to help eligible residents take part in fee-based programs that support health and wellness.

Who Can Apply?

  • Open to Mendota Heights residents of all ages

What’s Covered?

  • Up to $200 per person per year in city-funded support

  • Can be used for registration-based programs like events, trips, classes, or camps

  • Not covered: Par 3 golf course greens fees or the Senior Golf Pass

How to Apply

  1. Download and complete the Parks and Recreation Scholarship Program form (PDF)

  2. Return the form to City Hall
