Ordinances Being Proposed

Proposed

Under Minnesota state law, cities must provide a 10-day notice of proposed ordinances. The law applies to new proposed ordinances and proposed amendments to existing ordinances. Ordinances for consideration by the City Council are listed on this page. Once adopted, ordinances will be listed under the Ordinances – Recently Adopted section until codified or added to the Mendota Heights City Code. Once ordinances are codified, they no longer stand on their own, but must be read in the context of the city code.
