Mendota Heights Parks and Recreation hosts two new programs for seniors this winter at the Par 3 Community Clubhouse. Coffee Cribbage and Cards launched with three monthly gatherings for folks to come together for coffee, games and socializing. Games are intended to be non-competitive with a focus on socializing. No experience is necessary to join but registration is encouraged.
Events are 9am-11am at the Par 3 Community Clubhouse on the following dates:
- Wednesday January 18
- Wednesday February 1
- Wednesday February 22
In addition, seniors may sign up to come to Nature Sense also hosted at the Par 3 Community Clubhouse. Naturalist Eloise Dietz will be presenting on signs of animals in the winter with show and tell with fun animal artifacts. Registration is required for this event.
