The City of Mendota Heights posts quarterly reports of overall expenditures and revenues. Quarterly reporting can take up to 30 days after the end of the quarter to be posted.
Keep in mind that in municipal government accounting, some postings are not on a regular basis. For example, the City receives most of its revenues from property taxes. Those receipts are received only in July and December, meaning that the year-to-date (YTD) percentages received will not show progress in a regular amount. Likewise, some expenditures are more seasonal in nature (e.g. snow removal in streets or parks maintenance) and will therefore vary from report to report.
