The City of Mendota Heights is made of up 69 miles of city streets, 22 miles of trails, 242 acres of parks, and well over 100 miles of sanitary and storm sewer systems.
The Public Works department is responsible for snow plowing, minor street repairs, and park equipment maintenance. This department is also responsible for maintaining a clean and functioning sanitary sewer system, cleaning of storm sewer catch basins, mowing City boulevards, and street sweeping.
