The Comprehensive Plan (Comp Plan) is a formally adopted document stating the City's goals and policies as they relate to land use, housing, parks and open space, transportation, utilities, and other issues. The Comp Plan is updated every 10 years; and provides a future plan or "blueprint" for the community from 2020 to 2040.
